Fair Use Policy

Your monthly subscription includes:

• Bandwidth: Reasonable use based on normal website traffic
• Storage: Up to 10 GB for website files and databases
• Email forms: Up to 1,000 form submissions per month
• Support: Up to 2 hours monthly maintenance and support

"Reasonable use" is defined as use that does not significantly exceed the average for similar websites or negatively affect other customers' service.

Our hosting services may be used for:

• Business websites and portfolios
• E-commerce sites with reasonable traffic
• Blogs and information sites
• Web applications for normal business use
• Marketing landing pages

The following are NOT permitted:

4.1 Illegal Content

• Content that violates Danish law
• Copyright or trademark infringement
• Phishing, scams, or fraud
• Malware, viruses, or malicious code
• Illegal sharing of personal data

4.2 Resource Abuse

• Cryptocurrency mining
• File sharing services or torrent sites
• Video/audio streaming as primary function
• Backup storage for external systems
• Mass email sending (spam)
• Automated bots generating excessive traffic

4.3 Security Risks

• Open proxies or anonymization services
• Insecure scripts or applications
• Activities that compromise server security
• DDoS attacks or other malicious activity

4.4 Ethically Unacceptable

• Hateful content or discrimination
• Adult content or pornography
• Gambling sites (without Danish license)
• Violence or extremist content

If your website consistently exceeds these limits, we will contact you to discuss upgrading to a more appropriate solution.

We monitor resource usage to ensure fair use. In case of violations:

1. First warning: Email notification with 48 hours to resolve the issue
2. Second warning: Temporary resource limitation
3. Third violation: Service suspension

In case of severe violations (illegal content, security risks), we reserve the right to immediate suspension without notice.

To ensure optimal performance for all customers, we may implement:

• Rate limiting for excessive traffic
• Caching optimization
• CDN distribution of static files
• Temporary traffic limitation during peak load

If your website grows beyond Fair Use limits, we offer:

• Pro hosting: Increased resources for 199 DKK/month extra
• Dedicated hosting: Own server from 999 DKK/month
• Custom solutions: Tailored for large businesses
